This Ridglea Hills remodel and addition turned a 3 bed, 2 bath house into a 4 bed, 3 full bathroom / 2 powder bathroom forever home for this young family. The addition includes the master suite with a large walk-in closet, and a new workout room with a half bath and storage closet. The kitchen was repositioned to be at the front of the house and took over the space of the old dining and casual living room. New sliding double pocket doors close off the new playroom when not in use. The garage entrance links the laundry room that leads to the kitchen and features custom built cubby storage and a built-in desk and shelving, and a powder bath. The wood floor in this space is laid out in herringbone fashion to add a subtle pattern. Throughout the home are new windows, fine finishes, and a white, blue, and metallic spectrum.
